The practice has 4 operatories with 4 chairs equipped to be operated by dentists or hygienist for restorative or preventative care. The practice is presently operating four (4) days a week, serving patients a total of 31 hours each week. The dental practice is located off the main street and has ample parking space. This is a great opportunity for an Associate that would like to own his/her own practice and is looking for a stable and well established dental practice.

The practice is comprised of two (2) full-time employees working four (4) days a week and five (5) part-time employees. The office has the equivalent of seven (7) days of scheduled hygiene services, shared amongst the four hygienists. The practice is a participant in multiple insurance plans with 1/4 of its income derived from insurance reimbursements, and the remaining income sourced from fee-for-service patients.
Our Client is interested in retiring by the end of 2019, and working in the practice for the coming months to help the acquirer stabilize the patients and transition the patients over in a manner to minimize churn post-acquisition.
